Jacob Carmichael, DPM is a podiatrist with interest in general podiatric care and podiatric surgery originally hailing from Akron, OH. He received a Bachelor’s in Biology from New York University and received his Doctorate in Podiatry from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. He recently finished his residency training at East Liverpool City Hospital and is new to the Altoona area.

 

         Jacob Carmichael is experienced in both forefoot and rearfoot surgery having trained in a fast-paced environment with a diverse patient population. During residency, he had a large involvement with research and publication, presenting at several conferences and publishing several articles with a focus on wound care.
